Three ways to see the world in 2013
Princess Cruises has announced it will have its biggest April to November season in 2013, including a record three world
cruises with two featuring an Auckland disembarkation.The Sea Princess and Sun Princess will offer New Zealand holidaymakers a cruise with an Auckland disembark, and will go on sale next Friday 16DEC. Passengers also have the option of a 90-day world cruise out of Sydney.

Showbiz Events and Travel say they are delighted to be part of the upcoming season of Jersey Boys at Auckland’s Civic Theatre, which opens 10APR12.

The Langham, Auckland has launched a Mod’s Hair blow dry bar for the Christmas party season. The five-star hotel is partnering with the international Mod’s Hair Paris group, which is installing a ‘pop up’ blow dry bar in a Chuan Spa suite at the hotel in time for the festive social whirl.

The first, a 13-night cruise, leaves Sydney on 16DEC11 and travels via Melbourne and Hobart to Fiordland National Park (scenic cruising) onto Dunedin, Akaroa, Wellington, Tauranga and Auckland.
2011 Sevens In Heaven
Auckland club College Rifles made it back-to-back titles at the 2011 International Sevens in Heaven rugby tournament played in Rarotonga a couple of weeks ago. They thumped one of the tournament favourites, Tauae Bulls 26-7, in the final in front of a 2000-plus crowd at BCI Stadium.
