Neil Greer, who was a pilot for the Dubaibased airline for 16 years, has won consent from the Overseas Investment Office to buy the 8.96 hectare property for $2.6 million The Neil Greer Developments Trust application satisfied the OIO’s national interest test because the new owner’s plans include further development and creation or retention of jobs, according to a summary released by the office.
